This is just a quick guide that will allow you to skip the either the intro movie, the copy right screen or both if you desire.
To do so you need to find your evil genius folder then go to DynamicResources/Config/
Now open up concept.cfg with notepad.
To skip the intro movie find [State] and then just change StartupState=0 to 1
To skip the copyright screen, scroll all the way down to [Transitions] and then change CopyrightScreenDuration=10 to 0.
The game will still need to load but now you won't have to click past the intro or wait 10 seconds afterwards for the copyrightscreen to disapear.
