Just something I've noticed when using Blackheart in the past. He seems to not want to shoot at moving targets? Sometimes he seems to not want to shoot even when a target isn't moving. I haven't noticed this AI behavior with any other ranged attackers in the game so I assume its a specific bug with Blackheart's AI.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there any fix for it?

I can't quite remember since it's been a while since I fired this up, but from memory I think his attack might just be hell slow.

It is a blunderbus after all, he has to reload after every shot.

I'm assuming here that you have your target tagged for death as opposed to capture? Since if tagged for capture he will of course close in and just punch them...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I had them tagged for killing. I remember encountering this a lot with regular investigators and such so I would've had no reason to capture them. I remember that he would commonly run up to punch most targets if they started moving around, even when other armed minions were shooting at them with no problem (and the agents were shooting back). Could have been a pathing thing too... since sometimes he would take a shot with no problem but other times his AI would simply act like it couldn't target the enemy from range and he would run in to punch then. It happened enough to where I'm pretty sure I tested it a few times and was able to make it happen. It's been a while since I played now though.

I was just interested to see if anyone else has experienced this with Blackheart.
