I just bought this game from GOG. Bit frustrated. Feel like i got ripped off. Wont load. I sent Tech support my DX DAIG, OS and service pack info. been waiting 3 days now.
Is this normal wait time for a response from GOG?

GoG staff don't work weekends.
I expect you to get some response in a couple of days based on that.

Does this only happen at Evil Genius or also on other games?
If you go into the game folder, do you have a debugerror.txt file (or similar) with this text?
"Running built at <Buildtime Unavailable> with config Command line + D:\EvilGenius\dynamicresources\config\concept.cfg Output is flushed."
Or can you attach that file?
