How long dose it take? I listed my issue. Is it my issue is a glaring problem with Retro games and newer Operating systems?? can"t you at the very least refund my god damned money???
I know I'm not the only person with this issue. I have talked to other who have owned this game and had my reboot at load screen problem. they decided to give up. WTF? At least answer me.

Try sending them another ticket, a little while back they had a bug which marked some of the tickets sent in as already solved. Gog are normally very good at getting back to you on things.
The forum community is also pretty good at solving some problems with these games so you could post here or in a new thread what exactly it is thats wrong with the game and what your system specs and OS are.
