Location: Khaït Nebula, Khaït Trench, Okrot Trading Station

As I was landing on the station (Okrot Trading Station), I received a warning about a G&B Elite Squad jumping in to attack me.
They jumped in before I actually landed.
When I took off, they were hostile.
There also were hostile "Redeemer" units and a yellow "Okkar" patrol present.
While fighting, I accidentally damaged a nearby "Freelancer" with an AoE weapon (Superior Starforged Penumbra, Powerful Catalyst, lvl 27, just in case this is somehow important). I am unsure whether I accidentally damaged an "Okkar", but I think that I didn't.
I accrued a single wanted shield and the "Freelancers" turned hostile. I am unaware as to whether the "Okkar" turned hostile or not.
I opened the map and paid the bounty right away.
Both the "Freelancers" and the G&B Elite Squad members turned neutral. I assume that this interaction with the hit squad is unintended.
The "Redeemer" units remained hostile throughout.
Subsequently attacking the G&B Elite Squad units did not turn the "Freelancers" or the "Okkar" hostile.
