EU1 used to run before the latest Windows 10 update. (1903 I think) Anyone else had any luck. Tried everything in the forums.

Sure i will Help you, go into Game folder. Right Click on Europa.exe. Compability. Chose XP Service Pack 2. Disable Fullscreen optimazations, Run this programm as administrator. So accept all changes and now click on Change High Dpi settings to by Programm. Game should now start and run.

Wow! Thank you. I didn't have to run as admin nor change dpi settings, but my EU1 game went from 30% cpu usage but never launching to 15% cpu usage and now launching immediately.
