Does anyone know where I can get the converter for EU3 IN saved games into Victoria Complete? From EU3 wiki I can see that this project existed, but all the links to the zip file on mediafire, 2shared etc are not valid anymore.

Googling file name (eu3torev.zip) also came up with nothing useful.

Any information (if not the file itself) would be great!
