It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

We have loaded this game from scratch 6 times, have downloaded the file twice. It will not play, it says the tiles.gif files are corrupted. It will run one time and we are able to go in to the tutorial and then it will not run again. This is driving us nuts, what is up with this?

Did you download the files from the browser, or did you install the game through GOG Galaxy? Also, could you post what version the game is and which operating system you are using? And lastly, see if the file is present in the installation folder and that it is spelled the way the game is asking.
This happens to me as well. I've tried redownloading the installer a second time and nothing's changed, haven't given the galaxy client a try yet. My OS is win8. As far as I can tell, though, the problem is that the tiles folder has a set of tiles specific to each of the levels, and it seems to be lacking one for Center Perk. My assumption is that if I finish Center Perk in one play setting to unlock the next level, I'll no longer have any problems with loading saved games on harder levels. I never have any problems starting the level and playing the first time, just when I try to load up the saved game later. My guess is that it's a goof in the installer.

A bit of further experimentation and I've found that even if I pick one of the other two bonus prisons, it loads the game instead of crashing and then I auto-escape. It seems that as is, I can only have one successful play session per install. Disappointing, I've been really wanting to try this game out, and I can't find any helpful information elsewhere online.
