So i played many like this old school 3d games ,love them but most controls for M/K and very bad from older times ,witch today i dont like
How are contoles here ? Are they made modern playing like duke nukem 3D did ,like normal controls walk with WSAD , reload with R ,like normal staff ?

There's no reload button, you can set up WASD if you want to, I don't remember the mouse wheel could be set to next/prev weapon, but otherwise it plays just like you'd play any FPS of its time with a keyboard/mouse combo, as long as the mouse only has 2 buttons.
Fortunately, the number of keys is relatively small and you can advance methodically, which reduces the frustration of fiddling with the keyboard.

However it's preferrable to see it as an action game because there are a lot of platforming and scavenging/puzzles inside a single level (and in this regard, using 3rd person perspective helps the platforming immensely).

I remember playing the demo in 96/97, thinking (this game looks alright, I'm surprised Accolade made such a good game (most of their catalogue was usually mediocre or derivative, however I still fondly remember -and play, their port of Turrican on the Game Boy (developed by The Code Monkeys, but still).
