Hello, follow my instructions and your game will work properly.
Uninstall the empires dawn of the modern world. Download this zip containing the game in all the languages https://www.gog.com/forum/empires_dawn_of_the_modern_world/release_4_languages_pack_keygen
Then, extract and go in the folder PLAY WITHOUT INSTALLATION, then choose RUSSIAN and double click on empires.exe, your game will work in Russian, will patches and campaigns installed.
