When I'm in a lobby from GameRanger and the host starts the game, my game opens but doesn't join to the game lobby, and i reinstalled the game, i don't know what can make the error.

When the host starts the game and your game opens and you arrive in the main menu, press the windows key of your keyboard. See if there is a pop up window about your firewall, if there is then tick all the boxes (private and public) to allow empires to join public servers
If there isn't then come back to the game and click on multiplayer, if the gameranger host has opened the lobby then you should see it and try to join it
