Hi there, I've been looking all over the internet and spent hours trying to get Empire Earth: Gold Edition to work. Often my cursor will leave trails/artefacts and the screen flickers. Oddly enough it doesn't flicker during the introduction advertisment things but as soon as it hits the main screen it's an epileptic's nightmare.

I've tried changing the compatiblities, turning everything on and off, changing the game to different editions of Windows, changing the resolution of my laptop itself, googled every forum and feel like I've tried everything.
