Is anybody else having trouble running this on windowed mode? Everytime I try, my computer goes to bluescreen.

I don't recommend running the game in Windowed Mode, what you may be seeing are bugs because most displays are in 32-bit mode, but most of these classic city builders expect 16-bit. Try 16-bit colour mode and see if that helps, but as I said, I wouldn't recommend windowed mode.
