One of the goal in the mission is to produced 12 loads of carved jade a year. Right now I have finished everything, the city was built, jade were imported from partners. But somehow they are not transporting to my jade studios. Even the warehouses have trouble getting the jade from partner's port, I have to set the warehouse's order to "get" to get them shipped. But then when I removed the "get" order, the jade were not sent to my factories.

I tried removing all ports and factories and rebuild, but the problem still exist. Right now I'm stuck.
