I have two problems I would appreciate help on.

1} This is a killer. After I have played a few moves, always less than 10, and try to end my turn I get a popup saying I have to look at my messages before ending turn. I do so and see a message that says 'The Symbiots have captured a city on another planet. I close the message and try to end turn and get the same you have to see your messages. And it does this endlessly, making it impossible to end turn or play game. Anyone have any idea what causes and what to do about it? Did not have this problem before the 1.51 update.

2} Why doesn't the No Rebelions work. I check No Rebellions at start of a game and still get tons of rebellions
