So i finally tracked this guy who roams Abessa, answered his questions corretly and choose the option to take me to Hort. But after the zone load i do not see Rainer and his guards anywhere and the guard says if i want to enter Hort i need suggestors permission.
Anyone knows the solution ?
I have been hunting him for hours.

I haven't seen Rainer anywhere but did come across 2 Clerics, Egon and Albert, on a Dam that said they were expecting him there but hadn't seen him.

Maybe yours has gone there.

Rainer wanders around Abessa, if I'm not mistaken.

Very odd that he wouldn't come with you to let you in.

As far as I can tell the guy merely saves you the trek across Ignadon. Having to deal with Xander is the start of a rather involved sub-plot within the cleric faction. They won't let you skip that, I'm afraid.

You need to lie to him, to be kidnapped to Hort.
