Along the bottom of the large screens it has scrolling text which says:
"The fifth company has started to attack a found secret"

The round rotating hologram sign thing says:
"Follow the commandments of Calaan"

The round pillar ones say:
"Annexation Elex is sin" ? around the bottom, top is the same as the one above.

Next to the named areas like Administration etc, they all say "Infringement" but it reads from bottom to top and all the letters are backwards :D

Started deciphering it by recognising Magalan on the loud screen and then "This Side Up" on some crates :D
Also seen Epsilon, Alpha and I think Repo near the start of the game.
