the title says it all - does anyone play this on 1GB graphics? will not buy a new graphics just because of this when I need not to

I know the requirements, that was not the question. did you try it on 1GB? surely would not be the first game to state not really needed reqs

The game is kinda resource heavy. I have a msi gtx 980 4gb and it uses about the same amount of resources as Skyrim: Special Edition (80% of my gpu on high settings). However I personally feel like this is one of PBs best optimized games as the frame rate is very stable. You may have to do some tweaking to get it to run but it is worth a shot. Unfortunately, you will lose out on one of the things that makes the game great: the world environment. If there was ever a game that was worth it to upgrade your video board it is Elex (trust me :)
