Many dialogues have rather strange structure .For example

A-Can you cook a muffin for me ?
B- No.Our cook is not here.
Dialogue options
1) I wil go to Britain and punch Gordon Ramsay in order to convince him .
2) Where is your cook ?

Although lines are not from the game itself , it is a good example I think ) Some answers are presented BEFORE the questions.0_0
I play German and it is also my native language, there are some answers that imply a question but they would still make sense most of the time. The dialogues are some of the best and sometimes hilarious or frightening I have ever seen in a game.
There may have been one or two odd answers, not many, though.

IMHO, there are often two or more ways to continue, it is not like "do you want to know more blabla?", it is like "I rather say this to get more options" or "I say this which implies the answer and gets to the end more quickly".
It enables you to go shortcuts, but may not give you options you would have had if you did it different.

And there are no icons that indicate what something means you say. Did you ever play Mass Effect -.- You say "I love you!" and it shows an aggro symbol, now that is confusing in a game.

Like those Berserkers... I sold "Schimmeliges Brot" to, they were so grateful, I think this was some really good negotiating :D
Mad Bob gives me the creeps, Rat is such an a... (brilliant).

It really helps to not talk to every NPC immediately and just fill up your questlog, I had it with a guy near "Abessa" who wanted to join the Outlaws, I came back ~20h later and he just continued the dialogue where I left off, asking for supplies. I hit him and send him to work at that heart for the Berserkers and the "new recruit" quest or something ended without warning.
I quite like most of the dialogue myself- what bothers me is when you're forced into making a choice when there are obvious alternative choices available that the game simply doesn't let you pick.

The Arva vs. Sardoz (met in the Abessa region between the Volcano and Tavar) scenario is one such example. There's no reason you wouldn't be able to try to negotiate or at least explain things a bit more to either party but you're forced into killing one party or the other for no reason.
Well, I've faced a few places with such issue.

For instance, with Katta. When you offer her help, you can ask her does she knows anyone who can help her or "Yes, I know Alrick". And there was no mention of him before.

But in fact, that the only place with dialogues that surprised me. Most of them are ok. :)

Ah, yes. I vaguely remember that one.

I think Jax was actually making an intuitive leap in that conversation (Alrik is pretty distinct in Goliet), but I can't say for sure.
