hello,

can anybody say if skyrim se steam version and anniversary edition upgrade from gog are compatible?

As in you own the Steam version of SE and upgrade it with GoG's Anniversary upgrade? Officially: no. Inofficially: All that comes with the Anniversary Edition Upgrade is a couple of mods. Technically, you can use those mods on any installation you want to use them on.

Edit: On the other hand, I'm pretty sure you need the GoG version of SE to buy the upgrade.
