I bought from GOG as I believe in DRM-free but struggling with getting mods to work. Can anyone help to get some of these wabbajack modalists working?
Or can someone recommend photorealism modest that's compatible with the gog version?

I have not tried recently. I do know many mods will work. But massive modlists can be problematic and some like Lorerim explicitly say they do not support the GOG version or any non english version.

You might need to install mods individually to get something close.
