I noticed that Skyrim got an update here on GOG.

Did it change anything?
Break anything?
Are mods working with this new version (if it really is anything different from the release version)?

Since past updates of Skyrim before the GoG release required mods themselves to update to be compatible with the current version I see no reason why that would change.

GOG DB hasn't reported any changes to either the base game or the AE Creation Club DLC, and it scans at least a couple times per day (IIRC). If i had to take a guess, I'd say that, at most, it was just some minor update related to how the game interacts with Galaxy, nothing to do with the game itself.
