I wish to buy Morrowind on GOG.
So I look for information, but not sure to have "The Elders Scrolls Creator Set" with it.

Morrowind does come with its associated TESCS. You might need to navigate to the folder where Morrowind is installed to get to the Construction Set.

The Morrowind folder of the GOG installation of Morrowind contains a file named TES Construction Set.exe.

Don't use the old creator set, just use the new OpenMW engine.
