I have a question please. Does the Oblivion version sold by GOG come as 4Go pre-patched, as this guide seems to suggest ?

I couldn't find any confirmation about it searching these forums, and given the advantage it would offer I'd think that it was mentioned somewhere here too, but then I could simply have missed it too, in which case I'd like to apologize.

Note: the GOG Morrowind version does not seem to be 4Go pre-patched, that much I gathered.

No it doesn't have the 4GB patch. You can find a generic 4GB patcher online which you can safely run because it only updates the file if it isn't patched yet.
