I would like to get a WASD control system for the arrows in Arena.Any Way to do this since I don't see a control configuration program anywhere.

I believe Arena doesn't let you remap the keys, but DOSBox does.

Try remapping the keys in DOSBox and see if it helps here. (Press Ctrl-F1 under DOSBox to open up the mapper.)
You actually don't have to do any work at to get WASD Controls in Arena since someone actually made a mod that changes to controls to mirror those of Modern Elder Scrolls game. Here's a link

This worked like a charm. But to get it to work for me on the GOG version I put the mapper.txt file in the main Arena folder, and then I had to open the dosbox_arena.conf file in Notepad and change the mapperfile=mapper-0.74.map line near the top to mapperfile=mapper.txt

I've actually tried this, changing the text in notepad but its still not working even with the mapper.txt in the Arena folder and everything. What exactly am I doing wrong?

Have to correct this, installed the mod actually. and it works very well. but you don't need to rename the mapperfile in the dosbox_arena.conf file. Just download the mod, unzip it and throw both files into the main arena folder, done.
For the next person who comes to this page. I was able to get mine working by changing the mapperfile variable to be equal to mapper-0.74.map
Previously it had been mapperfile=mapper-0.74-2.map or something like that( I can't remember exactly)

After a bit of fatigue, I think I managed to get the command right. Thanks to everyone who helped with this post.
To be a bit more clear, you need to edit Arena/dosbox_arena.conf, find the line "mapperfile=mapper-0.74-2.map" (as of this writing), and either change this variable to match the mod files, i.e. "mapperfile=mapper-0.74.map" or change the filename of the mod file to match the variable in the .conf file.
One drawback of remapping the keys via dosbox or an external program is that doing so will remap the keys in all instances, including situations where you have to type something. For example, if you map the "A" key on the keyboard to the left arrow key, you may have trouble when asked to answer a riddle whose answer happens to contain the letter 'a'. (The first instance of this is when you leave the starter dungeon and have to answer a copy protection question.)
I'm trying to paste the same files on the Arena folder but it doesn't seem to take. Which is weird because I just did the same thing with the Font mod and THAT one worked, so I'm very confused.

This worked for me-
Go to the file you just added to the game folder ie: mapper-0.74.map
and rename to: mapper-0.74-2 (just add the -2 at the end of the 0.74)

DONE - It's working
