Fuck this damn game(by teh way i'm talking about genesis). It's been like four days i've barely done anything else.

Ok, first things first...

1. Morale: The description says if it's above 15 the attack increases. Well, i tried to observe that and haven't noticed anything.
Afaik the malus of low health gets worse the lower the health. Does Morale work the same way like in more morale more damage starting at 16? Is the Bonus visible in the statistics?(You know, if a Archer is on a hill you see the incresed range in his statistics)

2. How do you hatch those eggs of giant slugs and stuff like that? It says something about certain buildings are needed but not wich.

3. Charge: Does it only work if the movement and attack comes from one command? For instance if you have some unit with charge and a ranged attack you may want to perform a melee attack on a enemy that is actually in shooting range. So you have to move your unit next to that enemy in one command and attack it in a second.

4. Can you order a unit not to counterattack? Recently i used some weapon on my warrior with awsome attack but horrible counter attack. His counters did basicaly no damage at all so it was just a heavy drain on his stamina. Yeah, rest... but i want him to attack... :-)

By the way this game is awsome. I've just captured some shards made some mistakes, learned from them, you know. In my last agme i got a glimpse of how deep the makro strategy will get. Fuck it i continue playing. :D

1. Morale is a multiplier to attack. Table of modifiers: https://imageshack.us/scaled/large/832/61574886.jpg
2. Forest quarter for most of units
3. Only when move+attack is one command. You can use control+click to make Charge attack without shooting.
Due to mechanic of this skill, sometimes it can deal damage without moving. Afaik by hitting from corner (you probably noticed that AI always tries to hit from top-left position)
4. Sadly, no.

Gremlion: 2. Forest quarter for most of units
The Forest building quarter is in the bottom left of the building screen. To "Hatch" Spider, Slug and Basilisk Eggs you will need to build the "Trappers Guild".

Workshop > Forresters Guild > Pathfinders Guild > Stables > Trappers Guild

Further on the Monstrologists Guild will let you hatch Manticore, Hydra and Phenix Eggs. These buildings take quite a while to work upto in the Campaign. If you have not already you may like to play the Single Scenario as that allows all buildings.

In regards to ordering your unit not to Counter Attack he is right but there is an exception to this and that is if you had your unit use the "Rest" command the turn before. This is something you will want to do sometimes to gain back stamina. It restores basically 2 Stamina and does not counter any attacks made on you for that turn.

I also like to use Rest to give myself some time to heal up all my units when there is only 1 or 2 guys left.

When you're in combat with high morale, select the unit, then idle your mouse cursor over the attack score until the tooltip appears (or right-click on it? Can't remember). It should break down the score in bonuses, like "base score 10, +1 hero, -1 terrain, +2 morale"
Those go up when the morale climbs, and can add up to quite a score (I've already saw +4 or +5 morale bonuses on some troopers. Boost them quite a lot, that can transform a lucky and victorious army into an unstopable force...)

Thanks. That explains a lot. The unit i tried to observe the effect of morale on was just too weak. 9 times 1.1 is still 9.
