Good evening everybody,

I bougth few weeks ago this game (Dust: an elysian tail ) and I installed it using the GoG client.
I verified the game installation, some updates were made, but it is not possible to lauch the game at all. If I click on the "play" button in the GoG interface, this one reacts but nothing is launched at all.

Did somebody had the same issue with this game and solved it ?

In advance, many thanks for your help

Michel

I get the exact same thing. Does anyone have a solution for this?

My config:
Microsoft Studia - Windows 10 - Core i5 -16GB Ram -1TB HDD
My is running jus fine!

Did anyone reach out GOG support? If yes...what did they say?
This is what fixed it for me, forum won't let me post links to the files though. From GOG support:

1) Reinstall the June 2010 DirectX runtime package: Directx_Jun2010_redist.exe
You will have to extract the files into some folder, then open that folder and launch the DXSETUP.exe file in order to proceed with the installation.

2) Please reinstall Microsoft XNA 4.0 Refresh:
xnafx40_redist.msi
