Even if we suggested that you email us (ex: in reply to your post on a forum) please be so kind as to include a link back to the forum/thread in question. Sometimes it gets tricky remembering which email goes with which player!

Important Note: The log files are OVERWRITTEN the next time you start Duskers. Copy/save your log after an issue, and before trying again, to preserve any exception messages that might have been recorded!


Additional Note: If the game CRASHES, there may be an additional log. See the instructions on the crash message for their location on your system.

Simply make a copy (or archive) of those file to backup the game. This will save your progress and settings. Note that copying the entire folder and sub-folders will also includes extra files (such as images) that are large and GENERALLY unneeded in backups. Normally this is not a problem, but can make an archive really large for sending through email.
