Both are executables. They are named:
setup_dungeons_3_-_campaign_-_a_multitude_of_maps_v1.7_build11_512e183_(36205).exe

and
setup_dungeons_3_-_campaign_-_a_multitude_of_maps_v1.7_build11_512e183_(36205)(1).exe
5.22 MB

What is the difference between these files?
