i just started the game and one of my characters couldn't unready his dragonlance. i had to go to an earlier saved game and just drop it. luckly i'd made copies of the lance for 2 other character who have no problem ready and unreadying them.
it's odd but it seem like this may of happened to me way back in the day when i first played the game but cant rightly recall. 28 years ago and all.
