I bought several games from the gog.com sight and says they are installed but when I click on them it goes to a blank screen then goes back to the windows screen. Either want money back or get my games working. Was looking forward to them. Btw I run windows 8.1 I believe or windows 8, Please contact me at 8062926259

You can always contact GOG support or post in any of the game specific subforums for help.

One general advice, install the DirecX 9 Runtime, as it isn't included in Windows 8.1 by default, but mandatory for almost all the older games here.
Download it form the link below, start and extract it to any location, then run DXSetup.exe for installation.
