Is there any way to lower the mouse sensitivity for Shattered Lands?

I've looked all though the Dosbox config file, and I've adjusted windowed mode to many different 4:3 and 16:9 resolutions and the mouse cursor on screen is just so fast and floaty it makes the game very, very difficult to play and enjoy.

Any ideas are appreciated.
