There's a well known issue with Dungeon Siege 2 (retail and Steam version), where the game cursor won't be visible in the game when running in fullscreen on Windows 10, basically making the game unplayable. Is this fixed in GOG version?

Yep, all fixed.

If you choose to follow my guide for the expansion that even works fine full screen on Windows 10 as well.
Hi,

I've installed all 3 games, installed mentioned expansion sets, though I don't have full screen mode on DS2. I mean everything works and looks fine except 4:3 ratio with black stripes on both sides in DS2. DS1 and DS2 are fine, even though the resolution and settings seems to by the same.

Reinstalled the game but nothing changed.

Can you advise how can I set full screen mode in DS2?
Go to My Documents/My Games/Dungeon Siege 2 open config.ini and find width and height edit them to your desktop resolution. Save. Enjoy.

Came here to see if this was possible. Thank you for the solution.
Thanks for solution, howower it seems that this is not an issue in my case as changing resolution in this file does nothing. Besides all 3 games have the same numbers in its .ini files, though only DS2 doesn't worki in wide screen. Any other suggestions, please?

There's an .exe file that let's you configure options for full screen, resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 (also has an option you can check for unsupported resolutions) and a few other options that I can't recall right this moment.

There are also couple of good safe sites for mods. If you're interested, try Googling SiegeTheDay, Nexusmods or Moddb (I may be spelling this one wrong) - I played the original all the way w/o any mods, this time around the mods make it even more fun.
