I've been playing DK2 in widescreen 1336x768 and I've been enjoying it, but I ran into a problem: The menus have no text. This didn't bother me that much until I figured out that quicksaves couldn't be loaded from the menu, meaning I have to save my game with the pause menu, which I can't see any of. Is there any way around this? Or am I just going to to have to go back to 4:3 resolution?

I'm playing in full HD and managed to save.
You have to go to the save screen (the lower, reddish icon with the arrow).
Then click into the textbox (which should be visible) and type the name for your savegame (letters will not be visible!).
Then press enter. The mentor should now say "game saved" or something like that and the savegame will appear in the list above the textbox (for which the text works for unknown reasons).
To load the savegame go to the load screen, select the savegame from the list and press enter or double click (not 100% sure if the latter works).
To overwrite an existing savegame, select it from the list and just press enter.
