Just need to know if after adding the mod does it include the Deeper Dungeons content.

Well GOG's version now includes Deeper Dungeons officially. If you're asking whether KeeperFX will mod Deeper Dungeons to provide higher-resolutions and such, that I don't know.

Yes keeperfx mods deeper dungeons, the levels appear in the freeplay menu.
(provided you have deeper dungeons installed)
