I am among the happy flock of ATI Windows 7 users but funny thing is after using all of recommended things (compatibility, regedit, safemode) I can play DK2. I just finished first mission but I met very annoying thing, the screen keeps blinking. Around each 5 secs the screen turn black for fraction of second, but its noticeable and distracting :(. Anyone has solution?

Weird. I have this as well but it's much less frequent. It happens maybe once every 10 minutes or so. I actually take it as a reminder to quick save the game. It's not that big a bother. I don't know how to fix it though.

Bumpity bump, since I have it so often it gets so annoying I cant fully enjoy the game :(

Did you try turning all graphic options in CCC to minimum or off?

For me (also using ATI and Win7 64-bit), the issue was partly resolved by the safemode exe. Now, I only experience the flashing screen in the menu, not in-game.
