I can lead you on an adventure, though.

Check out this thread. Perhaps you'll find what you're looking for.
Ive been on the same quest, but now what do I do? All I have are the GRP files. Particulary how do I play them on EDuke32, with no mods are high resolution packs. THANKS

I believe if you just put the .grp files in the eDuke32 directory, you will be able to load the games in eDuke32 with no problem. The .grp files contain all of the game data. If you want to avoid high-res texture packs and such, just use the eDuke32 options to turn them off. The base eDuke32 looks just like the original game (but with better mouselook).

What I do is place the .GRPs in custom folders (ie, "Duke Caribbean"), and at the bottom of the launcher, choose which custom folder to launch.
