Hey, I bought D3D and I wanted to play it through Eduke32 because the Dosbox version runs like crap.
Except it crashes when it gets to the first logo screen.
Using Windows 7, 4 Gb of ram and a 9600GT. All drivers are up to date etc.
Any help?
This question / problem has been solved by Binglesimage
Tried running eduke 32 in windows xp compatibility mode and with administrator privilages?
Yup.
be sure to install video drivers from your card creator and not from microsoft
and I recall that you need to have recent version of openAL installed
It would be more helpful if you posted your eduke32 log file.

Ack, don't worry. I downloaded it again and it worked. Think something happened to my original download.. $7.40 well spent!
