Hello there guys! I've got a problem that appeared never before.

Today I had a feeling for some good ole FPS and I clicked my gog.com duke shortcut only to see this:

Loading art header.
Loading palette/lookups.
DOS/4GW Professional error (2001): exception 00h (divide by zero) at 180:00246FDC
TSF32: prev_tsf32 6B10

...Crash address (unrelocated) = 1:00066FDC

Tried running the game via my separate DOSBOX installation only to get the same problem. I also tried to copy the dos4gw.exe from Blood into the Duke3d directory, but the problem still persisted. Clean install didn't do it either.

Other Build engine games work just fine, and I don't want to use the new source port engines as they tend to take away the nostalgic feeling.

Anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT. I found a way to bypass the error. Just had to run DosBox with XP SP3 mode. Still boggles my mind since I never had to touch any settings before...

I've never heard of this with DosBox before. Did you report to GoG support/DosBox?

No I didn't. I have never had this problem before, but I got it fixed by running in XP SP3 mode.
