When the game came out in the 90s, someone discovered in the game's config file or something that the developer had labeled something with the word "killbitch". That set off an Internet firestorm. Some people were shocked that an obscenity was used in such a fashion. They didn't have social media then, so all the rage occurred in discussion boards called "newsgroups". If you search Google Groups, you may still find those old posts. The whole thing was a little silly, to be sure, since the game was admittedly a non-PC creation through and through. But the developer eventually apologized and changed the label to "killme".

Ah, the good old days of Flying Toasters, NudeRaider, dialup noises, cute skunk girls making Amiga jokes and newgrounds flash vids being bigger than youtube.

I miss the glory days of YTMND. I think more thought went into those .gifs with sound than most YouTube videos.
