Monsters! This patch adds new weapon types to many of the monsters, rebalances monsters quite a bit, fixes a race colonizing issue, and fixes several more minor issues.

* increased Gleria damage mult from 3.75 to 6.0
* now enemy ships don't have to approach straight towards their target so they should space out a bit more
* Talon Nexus now also regenerates armor plating and shields
* no longer get ambushes when attacking a planet, at least from "noise"
* increased shield regen rates 4X from components
* fixed most powerful race changing every other calculation because of come from behind bonuses
* races now calculate planet values much better, which will fix some colonization issues and trading issues
* now races value planet knowledge at 1% of the planet value
* fixed race ships not using the new weapons correctly
* added last 2 defensive ram icons
* fixed planetColonized.snd
* weapon speed on chips is now idented and color coded correctly
* moved scroll bar in Select Other Race menu to the right some
* updated Avian music
