This patch makes slavery races impact a sector more, fixes a diplomatic win issue, adds more race story chunks, makes danger level in race descriptions more accurate, and fixes several more minor issues.

0.907 change list:

* fixed a way that you could get a diplomatic win with lots of vassals/tributaries and one non-ally (Tydem/Jean)
* fixed Drox protect race quests from failing incorrectly (fix might fix some other quest issues also) (Jean)
* subraces no longer have extra natural hate
* now random races have a danger level automatically calculated based on their traits
* now older races have their danger level automatically calculated also (makes them more consistent)
* fixed relation for Justice civil war rebels being backwards (Jean)
* fixed some minimum speed issues for race ships
* added 13 new race story chunks (more variation of random race descriptions)
* rebel ships are now much larger on the system map (Diablo_68)
* now a small chance that crew are slaves if there is a slavery race in the sector
* slavery races can now sell slaves
* player can now free slaves by paying them (makes freedom & egalitarian races happy, makes slavery races unhappy)
* hopefully fixed getting planets with anomalies that can't be scanned (Jean)
* danger level is now color coded - Low/Green, Moderate/Yellow, High/Orange, Very high/Red, Extremely High/Purple
* fixed theme music in winGame menu (Korhaka)
* added a better warning message when trying to sponsor a colony ship for a primitive race
* fixed a typo in StoryChunkInsect2
* fixed a typo in StoryChunkSynthetic15
* changed PROTOCOL_VERSION to 110
