This patch makes much of the race dialog trait specific, makes attributes given by command count towards bonus skills, makes relation gains more race specific, makes legend wins a bit easier, adds an xp reward for scanning anomalies, and fixes several more minor issues.
0.902 change list:
* added old race dialog to race traits where appropriate
* attributes given by command now count towards bonus skills (Hobo Elf/KevinC)
* now get more relation for protecting a planet/ship of defensive races
* now get more relation for an enemy kill of aggressive, ruthless, and military races
* now get more relation for escorting colony ships for expansionist races
* now get more relation for escorting colony/diplomat/freighter ships for defensive races
* decreased LegendPointsNeededForWin from 300.0 to 350.0 (Alstein)
* now anomalies give xp when you scanned or trigger them (KevinC)
* now non-scannable anomalies give you legend points when you trigger them
* added 3 planet bonus icons
* now race traits can add dialog
* now use only trait dialog if a random race and at least 2 dialog from traits
* now primitives can have dialog that is specific to their age
* fixed not being able to put skill points into Energy Mastery (PhoAgne)
* decreased nexus spawn chances from 0.03125 to 0.015
* fixed Satellite Defense System not attacking correctly (phoagne)
* fixed Satellite Defense System not separating correctly
* fixed Retribution and Power Overload damage prints (Owen)
* updated Amphibian music
* fixed a bunch of DiplomacyTextTradeWithEnemy entries not getting used correctly
* fixed getting a duplicate set of stashes outside of your starting system (PhoAgne)
* fixed Kinetic Shockwave description mentioning wrong damage percent
* fixed planet type change announcement text
* fixed a typo in HiveCloseDislikes2
