This patch adds Guild quests back in, adds a new Guild win type, fixes mines being too frequent, balances many things better, and fixes several other more minor issues.

0.806 change list:

*added Drox Guild quests back in (they are now optional)
*added a new win type - Guild Win (get points from Guild quests) (Bluddy)
*chained mines are now much more rare than normal mines and now have a min level of 10 (KevinC/kouhei)
*races with Devourer and Assimilator traits will no longer sign treaties
*races with Exterminator, Holy Crusader, Devourer, and Assimilator are now more aggressive and get bonuses
*added 3 new random race portraits - Aquatic, Mollusk, and Synthetic
*fixed linked weapons not working in 1 path through the code (goodgimp/Eris Shrugged)
*increased points needed for fear win from 500.0 to 600.0
*now get less fear points for destroying a primitive race
*now get a bigger legend points penalty for destroying a primitive race
*now races need to have a few ships before they will instigate a war (they can still be pulled into wars) (Annex)
*now get a discount on jump gates from friendly races (Bluddy)
*now get a price increase on jump gates from unfriendly races (Bluddy)
*now only players get radar bonuses (should make defense stat better for players)
*increased relation change from Diplomat ship from 2.5 to 5.0
*decreased structure/armor plating steal on Scavenger component some more
*races that can't sign treaties should no longer try to offer them (just to reject them)
*fixed a problem preventing cargo bays from having modifiers (Darkness)
*now show a starving status effect on planets that don't have enough food
*now automatically pick up instant consumables if they are useful
*now technology is automatically discovered when you pick it up (instead of hogging inventory) (Darkness)
*secret wormholes now stay on the map (Eris Shrugged)
*decreased AddAdditionalChance on a couple of mines
*now stay in paying crew mode after paying one crew (makes it a lot easier to pay multiple times) (Darkness)
*now ceasefire money actually goes to the race
*names are now drawn on top of blips on map so you can see the names better (Darke)
*added splitter lines to component text
*fixed "scout scout has been killed" duplicate text
*added Website/newsletter links in game
*changed PROTOCOL_VERSION to 90
