If you going to have Parallel Lines on Steam, and GOG, why not Driv3r, or heck, the other Driver games before it. It just makes it harder to get those old games. Especially on GOG, this place is meant for old games.
Contact Ubisoft and Reflections...

Because Driv3r is a broken, buggy mess of a game. If Ubisoft were to re-release it, they'd have to fix the hell out of it first.

Not that much, most of the glitches are visual in my expereince.

It doesn't corrupt your PC or delete your saves or anything really bad.
Just saw a retrospective on this game by minimme and now I kinda want to play it.

How different are the driving mechanic between this and Parallel Lines ? Because if PL is from Ubisoft then i'm afraid the driving will be as terrible as in Watch Dogs.
