I've downloaded/installed the game on my (regrettably Windows 10) computer. When I go to start, the game seems to lock up the computer...I can't use my mouse (it goes into "hourglass mode") and while I can force my way into using the start menu I can't even figure out how to forcibly shut the game down. No error messages, nada. Just a general lockup.

Edit: To be clear, the game's Detection Tool is saying that I have an out-of-date version of DirectX (it wants 9c and I have 12.0) and is citing an issue with not having an Intel chipset (I have an Intel UHD Graphics 630).
