Hello,

Reporting a problem.
Cars that were unlocked via career mode, or bought separately, are locked again once the game is restarted.
Modifications made to cars are also gone.
Saw similar issue being reported in Steam as well.

I encounter the same issue : restarting the game reset all cars modifications and gamepad mapping... grrr

Hey!
As a emergency solution you should be able to re-unlock cars by finding and clicking again on Car Coupon Reward in Championship Logbooks. You will need to do it for every car that is softlocked.

Still we will be investigating the issue.
