Thanks for the free game gog guys, I had forgotten about this game and briefly played back when it came out at a friends but never had a chance to play much of it and now you gave it away free.

Just wanted to say I appreciate the free games you give us and I love the site.

P.S.

Please get ahold of Shadow warrior, The dark eye, Blade runner, Harvester, Silverload, Shadow of the comet, Darkseed, Nocturne, Shivers, Bad mojo, 7th guest, Downfall, and Call of cthulhu dark corners of the earth. Pretty please?
Yes, thanks GOG. Excellent game. I do have the game and have played the adventure many times.

If you think the PDF manual is a little weird, by the way, it's because the game had very original packaging, It was laid out like a book, the size of a pamphlet (4cm by 9cm approx), with the manual bound into the hardback cover like a book and an inset in the inside front cover for the CD!. As per normal, Microprose were trying something different, and it was on the right track, as I have never understood why adventure games were never sold in book stores. A loss to the genre and the game industry, so it could be taken more seriously.

Dear GOG,

I just found out that you are providing this game for free. I appreciate this gesture a lot and would like to add my thanks to the posters before me!
Yeah, thanks GoG! The game is just great, and the fact that you offer it for free means very much for me and all of the community.
Yes! Thanks alot! I never had the chance to play this one back in the day and it's a shame because this is actually a great game!

The Dark Eye? Do you mean the old games that were named Realms of Arkania for international release (and are already on gog) or the 2 1/2 relativly new Drakensang games?
Apart from that I'd also like to see the other games you mentioned, partly because I only have played Blade Runner of these.
I think, its drakensang.

I played this as one of my first adventure games. I loved it and am glad I can own it again especially for free. All of the games mentioned I also enjoyed and would love to shell out some cash for on here, but you are forgetting Return of the Phantom. It had a very similar vibe to Dragonsphere and seemed like it was run on the same engine.
this game is great, but man i have a hard time finishing it. i probably wouldn't get it unless it was free.
this is why gog is great in my book
Yes, great game.
Looking forward to trying it
