So I downloaded it, but it is a .flac file which I have never heard of in my life and it is not compatible with WMP, iTunes, or anyother media player on my PC. So, how am I supposed to play/listen to the dragonsphere OST?
I use VLC media player for all of my media. Its free and works great. It plays most file types.
VLC will play them, or you could use LAME or another program to convert them to MP3s for iTunes/WMP

I personally prefer MediaMonkey. Weird name. Awesome program. There is a free and Pro version. The free should be all you need. It'll play pretty much any format out there. This is my daily music program.

There is also Music Bee. It's freeware but nicely laid out, and a powerful program under the hood. I use this for music other programs have trouble tagging. If I ever give up MediaMonkey, it will be for Music Bee.

Either program can trade punches with the best of them.

If you want to keep using windows media player, you can just get the proper codecs here:

i second the media monkey reccomendtion. everything winamp did, mediamonkey does better. it's heaven for those people who want to keep their libraries in order.
Or foobar2000.
Simple and no frills if you want it that way, or you can personalize it.
The program is light as well (~10MB installed).

If you don't want to install a new media player that is the best way!

If you prefer to try another media player, VLC is the way to go ;)
As others have said, either Foobar2000 (my choice of audio player) or VLC.

Anything else is a pointless waste of time.
If you want to play around, and not have to install new players just to see how they work. Or just don't want to install a new player, you can download portable versions of many music programs to see if you like them. It's no muss. No fuss, and nothing left behind from the ones you give the boot.
Just a note on VLC it is very good as a converter so if you want mp3 among a few others you can use that.
(also does video conversion but over 15 mins can be glitchy and prone to desync of audio and picture)
