Gurlok: But I actually want to play in OFFLINE mode. So your issues were caused by playing in offline mode through galaxy? Cuz I don't mind using galaxy, but if OFFLINE mode gives me so many issues that's not what i want :/

mintee: i cant say what glitches or bugs you may encounter. my own game really needed the cloud sync feature from running thru galaxy. if you really want to play with others pawn and have them use yours then id get a refund from gog as that option isnt working. otherwise, the game is still playable and reasonably fun for awhile and you may not experience the bugs i had
No, actually I don't care at all about the pawn rental system, and I'd play in OFFLINE mode, but still through galaxy (I don't care about cloud save feature). I'd just want to know if this setup is safe or if I'm still going to encounter serious bugs or even worse, save corruption :/
well, to be honest i did have a save corruption, to the point that i was going to quit as my main was not registering, any new gathering i did wasnt being put into inventory either, but changing my vocation seemed to get it all working again with the exception of flower gathering wasnt being put into inventory for some reason.

not a clue, i got the game on good sale so its not a loss. best of luck with you, perhaps steam forum will be more detailed help

It seems that I'm forced to try it first hand then, thanks for the help though :) . I'm both sad and tired when it comes to games on GOG, from indies to major titles sometimes we don't get the same content or fixes as the steam counterpart :/
Do not blame GOG for bow key bug, it is not exclusively for this platform. Fast googling:

Problems with renting pawns were also on Steam, but they were fixed. Here - no.

I never said that it was GOG fault. I know that it's CAPCOM to blame for, and my statement on the previous post was aimed toward the devs from indie to triple A games.

GOG versions either miss features for some games or aren't treated so well as the steam counterpart, that's a fact.
